Distribution

The total chain emission in GAN Chain is distributed among two entities in a fixed ratio:

  1. Validators (20%): One-fifth (20%) of the total block rewards is allocated to the validators in the chain. Validators play a crucial role in verifying the legitimacy of transactions and adding them to the GAN Chain. Their contribution enhances the decentralisation and consensus mechanisms of the network.

  2. Providers (80%): The remaining four-fifth (80%) of the rewards is allocated to the compute providers in the network. The providers contribute to the network by providing the compute power for the planetary scale GPU Grid.
